Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training sessions and practice hours booked with PulseFlow Trading Lessons ("PulseFlow"). By paying a deposit or session fee, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope

This policy covers Live Chart Practice, One-on-One Coaching, Pattern Recognition Workshops, Risk & Position Sizing Clinics, Chart Lab drop-ins, and multi-session packages listed on our Rates page. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

2. Cancellation by the student

More than 48 hours before the session

Full refund of any deposit or prepaid fee, or free rescheduling to a new date within twelve weeks.

24–48 hours before the session

50% refund of prepaid fees, or one free reschedule. Deposits are applied toward a future booking rather than refunded unless we can fill your seat with another participant.

Less than 24 hours before the session

No refund. You may reschedule once for a fee of 350,000 VND if we have availability.

3. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation. Prepaid fees and deposits are forfeited. Chart Lab drop-in fees are non-refundable after the session start time if you do not arrive.

4. Cancellation by PulseFlow

If we cancel due to instructor illness, facility issues, or scheduling errors, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

5. Multi-session packages

Four-session Live Chart Practice blocks and eight-week foundation tracks are refundable only for unused sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Used sessions are charged at the single-session rate; the remaining balance is refunded. Packages expire as stated at purchase (eight weeks for four-session blocks) — expired sessions are non-refundable.

6. Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already provided at a completed session
• Scheduling surcharges for peak evening or Saturday slots once the session has occurred
• Sessions missed due to no-show
• Third-party costs we incur on your behalf with prior written approval

7. Work already started

For private coaching where the instructor has reviewed submitted materials more than twenty-four hours before a agreed cancellation, we may retain up to one hour of the session fee to cover preparation time. This will be communicated before any charge is applied.

8. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included for cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead. Additional reschedules may incur a 200,000 VND administrative fee. Video sessions may be converted to in-person (or vice versa) subject to availability without change fees if requested more than 48 hours ahead.

9. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method — bank transfer for transfers received, cash for cash payments. Processing time is seven to fourteen business days after approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

10. Deposits

In-person seat deposits (30% of session fee) hold your place. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations more than 48 hours before the session. Deposits are otherwise applied to rescheduled bookings or handled under the partial refund rules above.

11. Dissatisfaction during a session

If you believe a session did not match its published description, contact us within seven days with specific details. We will review instructor notes and may offer a partial credit toward a future session at our discretion. We do not refund based on trading outcomes or market results discussed during training.
